Terms and Conditions

  • Duration of stay- During high season (May – September inclusive) we require a minimum of 2-night stay at weekends.
  • Our cancellation policy – Cancellation and modifications of your reservation are allowed up until 48 hours before your arrival. Any cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to one night per room booked. Please note, one night stay penalty fee also applies to “no-show”.
  • Amendments to reservations – Amendments to reservations are subject to availability and can not be guaranteed.
  • Check-in – Between 2:00 pm and 10:00 pm unless arranged otherwise prior to the arrival.
  • Check-out – By 10.00 am on the day of departure.  There will be a £200.00 charge for lost keys.
  • Visitors – Visitors to guest rooms are permitted, but are not allowed to stay overnight and requested to leave the premises no later than 9:00 pm.
  • Conduct – Please be mindful of other guests by holding down excessive noise after 10:00 pm in the evenings and before 8:00 am in the mornings.
  • Payment of the bills – we accept cash, credit or debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Solo.
  • Exclusions – We regret that with the exception of guide dogs, no pets are allowed.
  • For the comfort and safety of all our guests smoking is strictly forbidden. Failure to comply with smoke free regulations is a criminal offence and will result in a mandatory fine of £100.00.
